What do you see?
If you're between Richmond and New York, you probably see grey, grim, bleak rain. Rain that makes your bike, sitting in your basement/garage/mantle plead, "Please, not the trainer on Saturday. Please!"
But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Not only are clear skies predicted for this weekend, but the 10-day forecast for Schooley Mill Cross has come into view promising more sun and moderate temps. Granted: the weathermen (I won't throw the weatherwomen under this bus) will change their minds three times between now and then, but you are a crosser, and the fickle hearts of men in front of green screens will not deter you from seizing victory on the sunlit fields of Howard County. Let the sun shine on your long-sleeve skinsuit and embro'd legs, and hope that Rockburn will provide more of the same!
